Epigenomics is a molecular diagnostics company developing new screening, monitoring, and classification tests for cancer. Epigenomics also develops drug response (pharmacodiagnostic) tests for cancer. All of the tests are based on DNA methylation analysis.
We are primarily using Linux (Debian & SuSE) on our servers.
Backup to disk of /etc and other critical configuration data is done using dirvish since 2004.
